- Permissions: We request access to your Camera, Photo Library, and Location to enable core application features.
How We Use Your Data
We use your information primarily to generate professional property inspection reports and manage your account securely. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Deletion & Your Rights
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies, we provide clear and accessible paths for you to manage or delete your data at any time.
- Access & Export: You may request a copy of your inspection data at any time by contacting our support team.
- Permission Revocation: You can revoke Camera, Photo Library, or Location permissions at any time through your device settings.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to request full and permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
To delete your account, use the "Delete Account" button located within the app's Settings screen. Upon confirmation, our system permanently purges your user profile, all associated inspections, property records, orders, and notifications from our active databases. This action is irreversible.
Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data both in transit and at rest.
Encryption
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with modern encryption standards.
Secure Local Storage
Sensitive tokens are stored in iOS Keychain and Android Keystore on your device.
Biometric Login
We support Face ID and fingerprint authentication for an added layer of account protection.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take immediate steps to delete it from our systems.
